january 31st ordered oem front lip and jdm clear corners with no bump was told 1-2 business weeks for both

alot of bullshit between

march 14th the front lip finally shows up and is the wrong lip (not what i ordered) still no update or ETA on the side markers
theres no way i was gonna pay shipping to send the lip back to wait months again to maybe get the correct lip or any lip at all so i decide to keep the wrong lip and learn to like it.

I tell them i want to cancel the side markers and be refunded for the lip difference in price and just be done with my order. Im told i will be refunded for the difference in price of the lip but the markers if i cancel id be charged a cancellation fee. I did not agree with this since i first am accepting their mistake of the lip and its not my problem if they cant deliver a product they said they could and were months over the time they said they could deliver. A few days later im contacted asking if they can get me the markers somewhere else and i say i dont care where you get them i want the markers or my money back. A few days later with no explanation i receive an email saying im getting a refund for the markers because they cant get them anywhere else minus a cancellation fee. This makes no sense to me as like i said its not my problem they cant get them. i waited months and in the end they cancel the order and charge me a cancellation fee after sending me the wrong lip and a ton of shitty answers in between on what was going on, at 1 point i was told the markers were 7 business days away then months went by still with no markers. They couldnt give me an eta or anything on the markers at the end.

In the end dont bother dealing with their games and horrible service. i ended up with the wrong lip after months of waiting, no markers that i was told they could get and ended up not being able to get and charged a cancellation fee. worst transaction ive ever been a part of for so many different reasons.

theres so much more to this but its apparently too much reading for some..

i was gonna do a timeline but figured people can just read thru and take it how they want..really didnt wanna put too much thought into it as ive put too much thought into the whole transaction..maybe ill edit it

seems like a lot of people are having shitty experience with strafe...I just did the other day as well...BAUS auto is where its at...great customer service with a great product

i do like Lawrence though, he PM'd me apologizing about the whole situation, my problem was the email that were exchanged with the owner before Lawrence PM'd me.

my problem with Strafe happened late Friday, shortly there after i sent BAUS a PM asking for a quote and invoice no more than an hour later had all the info i needed and my order was placed. Its seems as if i can send them an email/PM at the craziest hour of the day, and they always get back to me. Plus amazing customer service, and the product is always great.

The service aspect has gotten much better since the re-org @ strafe. But I'm still not convinced I'd ever risk sending them money again.

couldn't you just do a chargeback with the credit card since you never got the parts?
