Late Notice! - Anyone want to do a New Year's Day Drive?
 

Thinking about a drive tomorrow (1 Jan). Would like to keep it near Phoenix if possible. I like north Phoenix but south could work too. Even if we just all met up for a Beer somewhere.

Thoughts?

The Mazda guys are doing a drive up South Mountain around 11am.

I figured this was a long shot so I may not do anything. There is the WestSideZ BBQ this afternoon out at Ron's house. I think it starts around 5pm. I might come out for that. I won't be able to stay too late but if Rian has to work past 5 I could come for a little bit.

Nope im off today, just gotta do the 16 hr shift tomorrow. I'm going out to grab a bite to eat then I'll see what I end up doing, I was down for a drive but no was was I gonna get up at 11. Are they doing a drive or just a bbq?

Not sure now. Didn't know Ron's place was down in Buckeye 60 miles from me! I would be fine to go down there but I need to be back by ~6:30 and it doesn't even start until 5pm. If it started at 3 or 4 I would be all over it.

Still thinking about going down to Ron's to say hi to everyone. Will only be there for an hour at best and doubt I'll stay to eat but would like to meet some people while I have a rare chance.

Want to meet up with me and go?

If I did, do you think the 101 to 10 is better or Happy Valley to 303 and then down to the 10?

I'm gonna go to church at 6 so I wont make it out there. I usually take 303 and happy valley whenever I'm going back and forth.

BTW I'm buying an exhaust for the F haha

Not sure if I'm going to make it down to your place or not. My ex-wife takes my daughter every other weekend and is late picking her up. She may bail again and if that happens I won't be coming down. You would think if you only saw your kid 4 days a month you could keep a schedule but that's not the case with her.

Do you guys still meet on fridays by my work? Or did you move locations?

Except last meet was a christmas exchange/pizza night at Barros, and todays meet was at my place for a bbq...
