Any pics of stock 18's with 245/45f 255/45r??

Anyone have pictures of stock 18" rims with larger tires? Maybe 245/45 or 40 up front, and 255 or 265/45 in back?

245/40 front, 255/45 rear..I'm too lazy to look up my post on this topic, but I did post a pic link to BFG KDW2's in that size on my car.
