Installed Brake Pads
 

The other day i bought Raybestos QuiteStop Pads and installed them, today, i dont have any prake dust on my front rims, and the noise while braking has greatly reduced, but i was going about 90 miles and hour and was comming up quick on my Right turn into a housing track, and Previously when i had my OE brakes, They actually STOPED my car, but theses pads really suck with stoping distance, so much that im going to take them off and look for different ones, has anyone tried the NISMO pads?

You may want to try bedding the pads first.. let them wear in and conform to the irregularities in the rotors. Then decide if they still suck or not.

There's a thread somewhere around here on bedding.. try the search feature.

Yeah.... I think you need to break them in first.

Try breaking them in 1st (bedding) if they still suck, try Hawk HPS.

No dust and they grab real good.

what is the part number for the front? i have been looking for those but i ended up getting the ceramic satisfied pros.

one more question do all four pads have the wear sensor.

I didnt change the back ones, but by wear sensor you mean... the metal that rubs on the rotors when the brakes are low? If that is your question then im sure they do, but also our cars have an Electronic premature warning prior to the Metal Sensor on the brake itself. our Car detects a slight change in Brake fluid level and when your brake level fluid level is slightly low that means your brakes are too far out meaning they are starting to wear out, it this happens all your lights on your dash start lighting up, killing VDC and ABS

sorry i think you misunderstood me. i meant the four front pads, the outside and the inside. i was just curious because all the stock pads have the wear sensor and a hoop on it that is suposed to pull the pads away from the rotor. my satisfied pro ceramics ony had one wear sensor per wheel.
