Winter Tires on 19's?

Can I slap winter tires on OEM 19's? I have my 19's sitting in the basement and wondering instead of trading it for a smaller wheels I would rather keep it just in case i sell my G.

I have my OEM 19s in the basement as well and was also wondering if someone has bought the 19 snow tires and can give a review. I have sterns 19s for the summer and OEM 17s as well with all seasons for the winter. BUt I would rather rock my Original equipment during the winter for looks. Oh and I could care if the ride quality sucks, if I was that concerned I would drive my silverado. Just wanted to spare some of the usual comments ahead of time.

Go to Tire Rack website. There are a set of Bridgestones Blizzacks made in the same size as stock 225-40, 245-40. I have been running these on my stock 19's since December. They are decent all around tire. They do well in light snow, handle pretty well, look good and are pretty quiet. I am very happy with mine. Great winter setup and I don't have to ruin my nice summer rims in winter.

I saw that but wasn't sure if it will be good in snow above 3" since the tires will still be wide.

On my second season with Blizzaks on the stock 19's. No issues even in some of the deeper snow. Might get some snow caught up in side the wheel, but nothing too major.

Great so I guess I'll be keeping the 19's instead of trading it for a smaller one.:D
