I have an 05 G coupe sport tuned aero package with the 19in rims. I havent messed with the rims since everyone loves em and thinks they're aftermarket. I have 2 questions. What type of rims are they, and has anybody powder coated their rims black? Im thinking about powder coating them. Thanks

They are forged by rays engineering who makes volk wheels as well as other brands such as gramlights lexion etc. There are a few who have powdercoated them

Nobody knows the weight of the 19 OEM Rays? :confused2:

I think the fronts are 19 pounds and the rears are 21pounds without tires. I am getting the chrome version not sure if the chrome version is a bit heavier?!? does anyone know?

I have no idea. As you can see I didnt know how much the 19 Rays weighed. Weight for chrome Rays anyone???

Well I just put on the 19" chrome rays right now, took a scale and weighed it, my stock 7 spoke 18" rims with tire was 50 pounds, and the 19" chrome rays was 47-48 pounds. Kinda cool the 19"s are lighter :D
