Wheel spec's help

well, the long awaited mod to complete my exterior is finally coming ~

I decided i wanna go with varianza t1's (https://g35driver.com/forums/wheels-tires-vendor/166007-work-t1s-20x9-5-20x11-crazy-lip.html) only i have no idea which ones to order. I have gotten some opinions from people and i think 20x9.5 and 20x10.5 is what seems to work. Now, what i don't know crap about is offsets, help!!

Im basically asking what the best wheel size would be to get a no trouble fitment (no camber issues, or fender rolling) on stock suspension. Obviously i want to get the biggest lip possible in the rear when it comes to that and a staggered look (about 2.5 inch lip in the front), and keep the wheels flush with the fender. I'm really just so confused when it comes to offset's simply cause i don't know about wheels =) I would appreciate the help greatly.

On a side note, i don't plan on dropping the car. And if there was ANY drop at all in the future it would only be an inch.

After you put 20's on there, the car will be begging for a drop. My Mayas are 20x9 +26 and 20x10.5 +29. There is no rubbing. I rolled the fenders just in case, but I'm also lowered too.

do you think those specs would be the same for all 20's? or would they differ?

im basically at the point where i know i want these wheels, but dont know what size i need =\ bah

Many wheels only come in one or two offsets. Do you know what they are?

many wheels can also be ordered with custom offsets. ;)

with a 9.5/10.5 setup, you'll likely want offsets in the low 20s or even the high teens for the aggressive look. but if you ever want to drop your car and don't want to roll your fenders, i'd go with something like +25 and run 275 tires in the rear.
