OEM 19's

Are our OEM 19's by rays suitable to use with cone seated lugs such as the rays extended or the mcgard spline? I keep seeing the following warning:

NOTE: LUG NUTS ARE MADE WITH TAPERED BOTTOMS SPECIFICALLY FOR AFTERMARKET WHEELS. DO NOT USE THESE TUNER LUGS FOR YOUR FACTORY WHEELS. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS ON LUG NUTS FROM CUSTOMERS WHO ATTEMPT TO USE THEM ON FACTORY WHEELS. THESE LUGS ALSO DO NOT FIT ON SPECIAL WHEELS THAT REQUIRE INVERTED LUGS. WE WILL ALSO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM CUSTOMERS THAT TRY TO USE THEM FOR THESE TYPES OF WHEELS.

Yes, that warning is a generic one in regards to honda OEM wheels that use a bowled stock lugnut and wheel

Does anyone know the length of the Mcgard lugs? Im looking for a long lug design, but want to keep the expenditure low. I know the muteki SR48 is nice 48mm long. Does the mcgard come close, or will it get lost in my OEM 19 lug nut hole. I cant see bringing myself to pay $135 for the rays since they may strip (some ppl have had this happen already)
