Need Advice on paining lips on my volk gt-7's
 

I've got volk GT-7's and the finish is a bit corroded and i'm thinking about color matching the lips to the CB paint, what do you guys think. Also does anyone know the best way to do this? The rims are two peice so i think just splitting the peices and then sandblasting and having a paint shop throw a few coats then clear coating it. The inside peice of the rims are still in good condition so i'd like to keep them the same... Thanks for your help.
