VMR V710's with wobble lug bolts

I've always been in love with the design of the VMR V710 rims. I was just wondering if 19" VMR V710's (5x112 bolt patterns) will fit on a G35 when using the wobble lug bolts. I found wobble bolts that state it is possible to put 5x112 rims on a 5x114 vehicle. Thanks in advance :)

you can have them custom bored to the correct bolt pattern, just contact VMR directly.

hopefully you can find some decent offsets for your coupe .. i think all VMR offsets are kinda high .. due to the fact they are made for BMWs

You're forgetting that our cars dont use lug bolts.

I saw pictures of them on a sedan the other day. They have offsets in the 20's, I'd love a set of 18x.8.5+20 for winter use, that be hot!

OP should contact them to encourage them to set up a group buy, they'd probably sell like hotcakes and expand their market a little more.

apparently a Z guy said he was quoted $75 per wheel to get them drilled with the proper bolt pattern. That brought his total to $1350 after shipping for a set of 18's, Forgestar has a similar wheel with more size/color options for about the same price if not a little less.

why don't you get these wheel adapters?

they'll work only if you get at least a 25-mm width spacer.
kill 2 birds with 1 stone :)
(weak offset and different hub pattern)

:thewave: Thats my car. Kinda funny you guys have a thread about these wheels. I have the only non german car to have these wheels on in the entire U.S. I got them custom bored directly from a company that works with VMR. They're called supreme power parts, this guy Jeff helped me out and he did a very good job. If you have any more questions I'd be happy to answer them.

Here's some more pics.

With tires, custom bore and shipping etc, I got them for around $2K. I got a little bigger discount and I'm sure the tires will be more if you order them not but basically thats the price you're looking at.

Igor, what offsets did you get?

idrive_MD Feb 3, 2010 02:44 PM

you bother weighing them at all before you had them mounted?

I got a 33 but I was considering getting 22, however I thought that 22 would be a very very aggressive offset for my sedan. I would end up having issues when driving and parking and it puts an excessive amount of stress on your cars suspension parts.

No, but I can tell you they are not heavy. If you really want to know how much they weight you can contact VMR I'm sure they would have no problem telling you.
