I have 2 questions. One... will I need camber and toe adjustment arms with my springs?

Two: I need two new rear tires. Mine are shot. I want something with good traction and treadlife but something that will STICK LIKE GLUE so I don't chip the tires in second gear. Please note that I am keeping my stock wheels. Do you guys know of any great tires? I don't want to get the stock tires again.
