Bolts on front rims

Bolts on front rims
I bought a set of Roh Modena Rims 8.5 and 10.5 19 inch. Now the front has a bolt coming out and someone from my350z said you can you unscrew it because its just there so you don't put the back rims on the front. Just want to confirm this, don't want the front rims comming off when i'm driving you know.

never mind i searched and found out its just an idiot proof thing, so people dont mix the front and rear tires. gonna take the bolt out tonite
