Will these 18's fit?
OK, I might buy some new rims, and this was the setup I was going with, just wondering if anyone knows if this will work out w/o rubbing etc.
Front: 18x8.5 +24, 245/40 Rear: 18x9.5 +25, 275/40 Not sure what I'm gonna drop it on yet, have to measure the wheel gap after I get them. Any thoughts? |

You'll be fine. BTW, I would not be more aggressive with the rear offset. The Nismo rear is also a 9.5" wheel and is +30mm, which I think is just about perfect.

Cool, thanks for the info guys. One last question about lug nuts, ours are M12x1.5?
|
I guess it really depends on the rim, as to which offsets are optimum, because +20mm is the published recommended wheel fitment for my Work Meisters. Just ask the place selling the rims. I've seen the recommended fitments being anything from +20 up to +35, depending on the wheel.
As for the lugs, M12x1.5 is not the correct size. Our lugs are M12x1.25. I had to buy the spline drive tuner lugs and locks, because my old locks and socket didn't fit the lug openings of my new rims. |
Cool, I'm gonna get Spline Drive lugs too. So M12x1.25 is the size, thanks a lot!
My friend has the same rims/tires/offsets I want on his 350Z, so thats where I got them from. If they work on his car, they should work on mine too, right? |
