I'm looking at a pretty much mint looking 2006 with only 38K miles on it.
Are there any known issues with this year that I should be looking out for?
I test drove it, everything seemed fine but I think the rear brakes need some work as so far only the front discs have been resurfaces once, and there are new pads on front/back.
It has been always dealer maintained, I have all the service records.

Well that means they are probably worn and need to be replaced soon. Hopefully you negotiated that as part of the price as a replacement set of 19" tires of good quality will probably set you back $1K or so.

The only thing you should check is hoses. At the mileage, you won't run into any mechanical or electrical issues, but it's clearly been sitting for quite some time. So, your rubber parts are going to be a little worn. They may be ok. Other than that, you're roughly 50k away from actually needing to do anything.
