Sold a wheel - already shipped the item but shipping was alot more than expected. Contacted buyer to explain the unexpected incremental costs. He didn't have to do anything as the wheel/tire was already in route, but chose to work with me and helped split the extra costs: A+++ doesn't get better than that! Highly recommend. Honest person.
