I read from another forum that a person had tried this and did not work, Not sure what the reason was, but I remember him saying that the rear sat too low even when adjusted to its highest. If your thinking of putting them in your M, don't half *** it. Get what fits for the M, so you wont have problems later. IMO.

BC coilovers made for G35 put on M did not work. Fronts were ok, but the rear was too low - adjusted all the way up high and still too low.
I agree with the J, get the COs made for the M.
