These brakes have so much potential.

But the huge lag on some 2-piece rotors has had me thinking of picking up some used or new Stoptechs.

On the bright side, I am, for now, at least keeping my new years resolution of no big mod purchases

wow, i just saw this thread for the first time. Now i know the Coupe 18s clear the Akebono's now i regret selling them

Edit: Does anything know if you can use they calipers and brackets with after market front camber kit? i heard you can't can anyone say other wise? thanks.

yes, why would Ake (or any brakes) affect A-Arms?

Dont get the wrong idea no one is pissed just from experience in the marketing business Akebono can sell other colors higher than the originals but who will buy @ HIGHER price when its cheaper to let someone powder coat them!!!

I dont think these brakes are available as a non-Infiniti part... IOW, I dont think Akebono sells these direct... of course they have other brakes...

The fact that they are getting additional orders for these OEM brakes is great for them! I'm sure they anticipated it though...
