I was going to keep this a secret as I didn't know if I could do it or not. Apparently I couldn't.
This is my Acrylic reshape FAIL.

I was doing pretty good until this point. My glove marred the plastic
I even got it around the corner of the round light. Oh well, still no clear option

That is a good idea, but I'm not so sure about being able to use that with a 1/4" acrylic. I could mount the acrylic to wood and heat it up. That way the wood would weigh down the acrylic making it easier to pull it down and around it. Hmmm... I wish I could find a place out here that sold it cheaper so I could experiment more.

U said u accidentally touched, did u leave the blue film over it or u took it off during the heating up process? If u took it off, leave it untill u finally have the shape u need then cool it off and peel the film off. I wish my G was blk i would defiantly try doing a clear cover like u

Really I should leave it on? I thought that would screw it up. Hmmm looks like I'm buying another 20something dollar sheet.

I've been so discouraged plus really busy at work that I quite for now.

About 245 or less, but the exchange rates have been bad for what 10 months now, so I don't see it changing anytime soon. Shipping to Cali will be cheap. Since I'm in the military I can use FPO/AP which is considered to be CA for shipping purposes
Japanese shipping is normally cheap as well; ~$10 (I have to have it shipped to me as well).

hmmm... is there an english translated link to the piece? Or can you tell me about how its mounted - is it a cover over existing, or an entirely new mirror?
