HIN Tampa
Hey Everyone,
My name is Amy and I am from my350Z.com. I am part of the group that meets in Miramar and we are planning on going to HIN this April 25, 2009. I wanted to extend our invitations to you guys. We are still in the planning stages of everything but we do have group rates already worked out with the hotel and HIN. I currently have 10 rooms set aside for anyone wanting to go. We will also be setting up a caravan, the Friday before. We will more than likely be making 3 stops (beginning in Miramar/MIA than somewhere in Palm Beach and the last in either Vero or at Yeehaw). I know that you guys have members anywhere from Mia to Vero and we do as well... So we are trying to make it easy for everyone to make one of the stops.
As you guys know HIN will be April 25, 2009. Normally you can roll in the night before and leave your cars. The same goes for this year, the only problem is HIN is outdoors this year (and I know I am not leaving my car outside and I am sure none of you guys will want to either). So there is still roll in the next day. Roll in will be at 11 and the show is open between 4-midnight.
If you guys are planning on registering please PM me first, to give you the promo code, it saves $10.
As for the rooms, the price of the rooms are $89.00/night. They offer 3 different choices as far as the rooms are concerned. They have a one-bedroom suite, which has one queen size bed, full bath, full kitchen. The 2-bedroom suite has 2 queen size beds, 2 full baths and a full kitchen as well.. There is also another 2-bedroom suite with has 4 double beds.. But that room is going for $159.00/night.
There is cut off date for the rooms. We have to make our reservations by April 10, 2009.

Also, they have tons of parking, video surveillance in the parking lot and the whole place is gated. The hotel is about 20 minutes from where HIN is going to be and about 15 minutes away from Ybor City and about 2 miles away from International Plaza.
