got H&R springs
edit these are lowering springs..
edit : first off their h&r springs (#53050) made for a 350z ...
lowers a 350z 03-and up
1.3 front 1.0 rear
now im not sure if its a good idea to just mount them on with the stock struts ..
i hear its ok .. to use them on stock struts
&
i hear it will kill your stock struts in a few months ..
eventually i was thinking on koni yellows or billsteins
what to do what to do ..
wait till i get new struts
or
go for it and replace stock springs ..
help me out guys ...

from what i hear if you have sport suspension you will be ok
I have also heard that if you get shocks from a coupe or 350z it will be even better due to the shorter shock stroke.
Would be a cheaper option than the koni's
Have you mounted them yet? What model name H& R's is that?
I hear that when doing Z springs add .5" to the drop
so it would be like 1.8" in front and 1.5" in rear

If the Koni's I was running would have had the ability to adjust more then just rebound control, I might have been able to make things ok. So, in your case that rules out Bilstein's too. The only choice I would go with would be D-specs ment for the Z, they are double adjustable for rebound and compression dampning. Knowing what I know about shock travel issues, I have Truechoice phase IV front shocks with shortened bodies and piston rods. Getting the bump stops way too envolved in everday wasn't cutting it.

wow i would have never though of that ..
see thats why i love this forum ..
wow thats awesome ..
so your saying i should get d-spec's made for a Z .that are double adjustable ..
il get right on it
thanks alot dude .. gsedan35
