AFTERMATH: DynoDay III @ Church's 10/8/2005

First off, thank God for the great weather and a great turnout as well.

Shawn, thank you for accomodating our DYNO needs for the day.
Definitely will be visiting again.

Thanks to everyone that came out yesterday.
It was good to see everyone. The local familiars were there and the trekkers from afar were greatly welcomed. DaveO and Tony(MOTORDYNE MAN)

As far as numbers were concered...
Good LORD! We had a great day of runs.
Most notable were the gains that some of the 05s were making.
(TONY is the SHIEET!!! 05's post your RESULTS!!!)

A lot of people have been asking for the results.
Sorry they're just being posted this morning.
We grabbed some dinner after all the runs were finished and then left for home.

Everyone else post up their results here as well.
I'll start with mine...
(ALL RUNS CONDUCTED ON DYNAPACK)

I was very impressed with Gloria.
She didn't disappoint me at all.
I'm still gonna check her out for concerns of an exhaust leak...
But here are the numbers she pulled yesterday.

285.3HP & 260.3TQ

TQ and AF

My next step will be a new set of spark plugs to correct the pinging up top.
A visit to TECHNOSQUARE may be in order as well.
Going to have them add fuel in the mid-range and bump up the revs to 7100.
(Hopefully bringing in more power!)
But I'll have to decide on CAMs, CATs, BOTH before visiting TS.
Not sure... But nonetheless, i'm very happy with the numbers so far.

For anyone interested, mods are listed on my CARDOMAIN page.
Click on the CARDOMAIN link in my sig.

DaveO:
Thank you for sharing your infinite wisdom and "floodgate" of knowledge.
It is sincerely appreciated and I hope to see you out at the next DynoDay, sir.

Tony, you're the MAN!!!!
Your work never ceases to amaze me.
You mop the floor with the other mods out there.
But hey, let's let the charts do the talking.

I'm out!
Thanks again everyone!

DRU

not only my HP sucked yesterday, but my camera sucks too i noticed.
i shud have just re-dynoed on the last meet right after the spacer was installed. would have been more consistent if so.
first pic is with just a z-tube, and second is with the 5/16" spacer on different days tho. nevertheless tony makes good products as i saw it yesterday on Alex's car.

Hey Eric thanks for posting my results for me.

As Dru so well said I thank the guy's at Church's for all there time they spent with us. It was my first time and sure won't be my last.

Again as Dru so well put it Tony is the Shieet for sure. I had a COLD air intake on my car that really wasn't giving me cold air but instead giving me HOT air which the guy's named it a HOT AIR INTAKE, which as you can see on my readout the low readings. After meeting Tony and a few changes later we re-dynod my car and the rest as you can see is just amazing. I had a significant increase in horsepower but a dramatic increase in torque, these increases came dispite the Hot Air Intake still on the car. All I have to say is Motordyne products work!!!

Thanks again to everyone involved.

No prob on the Ramen. Thanks for coming out and helping that day.

Yeah... it all started with that one "FREEBIE" mod.
Then, the worst part is that the FREEBIE mod was a dud.
Then comes a mod that actually works and feeds the need.

I remember back in the day when i told everyone:
"Nah, it's a beatiful car stock. I won't change anything!" as i stared at my bone stock G.

Months and Thou$ands later...
Here i am today!

Fast and Broke!

Welcome to the club Alex.
It's the best high on fuggin earth!

I'm just not sure if this club is going to be good for me or my wallet.

Alex...

No lookin back now man.
Like drinkin Starbucks and then tryin to go back to instant coffee.
It makes you cringe.

Hey, might not be good for the wallet.
But then, you live once. Enjoy life (responsibly).
It's not like you've got a white coupe with 900rwhp with a custom twin-turbo setup.
HAHAHA!

For real guys, I think I got bit hard.... Let's just say I don't have the custom twin turbo yet..... yeah right.

Yeah that's all I need now is to go track my car and find out that I need a full race set up for the street and track and that I have to make my car lighter and I start to put everything carbon fiber...LOL

Yeah I pretty much think that my son is going to have to be happy with a JC not no University. haha

JC is better anyway.
Cheaper price for the same amount/level of schooling.

If i had to do it all over again, I would attent JC for my GEs and hit up a University for my major. I would have saved tons of money and time.

So spend that money on something FUN!
MODS!

YEAYUH!!!
MODS and RAMEN. Life is GOOOOD!
