Canada to Receive Exclusive Versions of the Q50 and Q60

Our neighbors to the north get new special editions of the Q50 and Q60 models.

I-Line is the new line inspired by the Red Sport 400 variant and stands for… drumline, please… Inspired Line. The Q50 version of this new signature line will develop 400 horsepower from a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 and 350 lb-ft of torque. Making sure that power gets to the wheels is a seven-speed automatic transmission and an all wheel drive system. Exterior wise the I-Line will have a blacked-out grille, gloss black 19-inch alloy wheels, a carbon fiber decklid rear spoiler, and special badging.

“We are delighted to showcase the I-Line editions which have been created with a vision to be further developed into an Infiniti Canada sub-brand,” Adam Paterson, managing director of Infiniti Canada, said. “We are building on the Q50 and Q60’s award-winning engine and engineering excellence, to add even more eminent style.”

As for the coupe, there will be everything that is present in the sedan except the coupe will have 20-inch alloy wheels.

Since the models are based on the Red Sport we surmise that performance will be on par and a zero to 100 km/h will be achieved in 5.0 seconds. The MSRP for the Q50 will start at $56, 195 before delivery charges and the Q60 will start at $65,295.
