The wheel has been preped and ready for paint: sand, steel wool, adhesion promoter, self etching primer, and primered. No bends or curbs. Only has 1 defect on the back barrel as seen in the photos below a tiny hairline crack about penny size in length and a tiny chunk missing which can be fixed easily at rim repair shops.
