OK...going to try to help you out here...if I can.
As said before, there should be numbers stamped on a the rear of each hub (etched/engraved into the metal....not a sticker). The numbers are not on the inner lips as japanese wheels are...they will be on the backside of the hub by the lug holes. There will be 2 sets of numbers, one set will have 4-6 digits and the other set will have 7-9 (please post the longer one). They will be different from the front and rear, so be sure to post the number from one of the fronts and one of the rears.
The difference between a 545 vs 545R is this:
545 has a standard lip (also known as a stepped lip)
545R has a reverse lip (also known as a flat lip)
Both style lips can be changed for wider or thinner lips.
Also...the road rash pictured is minor...and can be sanded down and buffed out easily
