the tire treads are alright, it'll last but will need to be flipped. you still have time on them depending on how you drive.

what do you mean oxidized? like if the lips are having that problem where the coating comes off and becomes some rainbow color? the lips just need to be cleaned and polished. the coating that volks puts on them did not peel off or anything.
