Yes, that's why this set is about a couple hundred less than what they usually go for.

Rims just need the bend repaired (not serious) and you are good to go.

My wheel repair shop only charges $100 per wheel to fix/polish wheels, so $1600 for a set of Volk Winnings is a good price. For $2K you'll have new wheels...."Good Luck" with the sale!
