It's the first post.

Fronts are 21.1 lbs.

Rears are 22.2 lbs.

Yeah, I'll ship. But that's extra.

Prices are current in two threads:

Tires: 350

Wheels w/TPMS: 700

They are separated now but I can recommend some fine places to put them back together and get you on the road.
