I have a set of Volk GT-F for sale, custom painted Blue (Honda Fit Blue).
they are in 19X9.5 +17 and 19X10.5 +24, comes with Hankook V12, 235 front and 255 rear. Wheels are in excellent condition, just very minor scratches from driving on the street.

You're definition of cheap is skewed. This is actually steep for Volks.
