Correct, i will be sending money first, from a verified paypal account. If needed, i can also show u a scanned version my ID matching the paypal account holder (i understand paypal do have stolen accounts frauds). Courier services also check receiver's name.

edit: shipping time is not a concern for me, just quote me the cheapest courier service and it will be good =) u know my email from PM
