Since removed from the car they have always been inside. The first pic is of them on my kitchen floor.

LOL That is not outside. That's in one of my spare bedrooms. They are on carpet next to a torchiere lamp. I protect and store all my wheels the same way. You should see my racing wheels and tires. They are completely wrapped in plasitc wrap to prevent air and temperature changes from hardening the R compond rubber Got to make them last
