Update:

I decided to send my rims to a national restore company I found on Car and Driver magazine. The issue they found is that at least two rims where bend and one cracked rim. Now I am just waiting on them as all four were fixed and painted back to their original color. I hope they look nice as I spend quite a bit on wheels and the restoration. I am posting a few pictures of the tires that have been siting in my garage for quite some time now.

Finally Able To Install! Although, entire experience quite expensive and lengthy they should look beautiful once installed.

I have installed 3 out of 4 on tires due to one last wheel bend. I will send back I just can't believe these big companies don't have quality control before sending to us.
