Wheels are a 9 of 10 only cuz they're not brand new and have a couple extremely minor imperfections. Valve stems are brand new never used. Selling with a brand new set or center caps as well. Selling with the lugs too. The tires and additional extras cost as much as the entire setup. Shoot me some offers and we'll see what we can work our. No trades as I've already replaced these with TE37s
