Forgestar is know for lagging(google it). Unless your wheels are already made, prepare to wait 2months(+). The seller here might not be located in the same state as ModBargain so when he ordered them, he probably had to pay for shipping + tax. If you really want cheap, I suggest you buy used or just pay the $1600 ModBargain suggested.
