No...I don't mention tires in the post nor are they pictured so they don't come with tires.

The clear coat on the lips were stripped down to metal to get the lips in good condition again. Pretty common practice. They have since not been re cleared but that wouldn't be hard to do for anyone if you so wanted it done.

If you want brand new works, go pay ravspec $3900 and wait 3-4 months. If you want to get a set of used works in good condition soon, than buy mine for $2400 or someone elses.
