I PM'd you with details. Yes tires are included and If by "mid-piece" you mean Centercaps, they are Volk Centercaps and all 4 are included as well. PM me if you are interested. Thanks.

Kudos to RedhotMT for being a great and informative seller.

Now for the wheel experts out there - think I'm going to have any fitment issues installing these on a 2006 G35X? No lowering, stock calipers/rotors.
