Is this on the inside of the wheel not the outside where it's visible ?

 

The small one is on the outside of the rear wheel. It really isnt that noticeable, you have to really look to find it. The other is on the inside and you cant see it when they are on the car

They are super clean. Washed waxed all the time. I got them new in summer 2010 and took them off in december. The car wasn't my daily driver also. I'm just getting out of the Infiniti scene and getting something else right now.
