I don't know the weights, but I think I read somewhere that said they were 27lbs or something. I'm not too sure though.
I only had to run a spacer in the front to clear the caliper and I'm running a 15mm V1 spacer. The A-Disc face needs at LEAST a 15mm spacer to clear a BBK in the front. The O-Disc face doesn't need anything to clear in the back.

Frankie, you're right. Essentially, it all comes down to how "flat" the caliper is. I know Wilwoods and Stoptechs are pretty flat.
I'm just giving out the generalization of 15mm since most people tend to run Brembos or Akebonos.
