That's good to have, downtime sucks though. What happens in situations like that? Do the police do anything when they're on the accident scene?

yeah they showed up took a report impounded his car and told me not to hold my breath just let my insurance deal with it. the thing that makes me mad is that he is here illegally and is not going to have to worry about paying a damn dime and will probably be driving in no time again with no license or insurance.

 

oh man! wtf. such a clean ride, hope you get everything fixed. what happens to the guy? does he get arrested and deported? how does an illegal register his car without insurance?

it still was under the name of the person that sold it to him. if he got deported he be back by the following monday. nothing happens to this guy other then having to buy another beater.

Ugh, thinking about it more this really sucks. Looking at the pics a little closer. Looks like you have some axle damage, did the passenger side rear wheel get moved forward? I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up getting totalled.
