Daym dude thats how my car sort of looked after it was rear ended. Damages got up to around 15k for me and your looks almost similar

Sorry to hear bud...what's going to happen to this guy is impounding of his vehicle, given a court date for not having a license, pay a $700 fine and released. If this accident were to happen in Orange County, more specific Newport Beach, he would've been detained and handed over to INS.
