He confirms that he wants to purchase and he tells me that he would send the payment right away. Then few hours go by and he tells me he has issues with paypal. So I said, no worries and that I am in no hurry and to get back to me once he resolves everything w/ paypal. Then 2 days go by without hearing from the guy and I ask him what's going on. Then he tells me he ran into some "unexpected" expenses.
Go figure! I totally understand that stuff happens sometimes but I see this happen way too often with these flakers that just fish around for stuff and end up not buying. It's common sense to not to commit to the purchase until you are definitely sure that you will actually buy the item.
