So, so they replaced something that is already on the car?! Do they go under engine cover?!

Yes, they are on either side of the engine, under the cover. High-end show cars will most likely remove the engine cover, do a wire tuck, do other dress-up stuff, and prefer a painted valve cover to match a color scheme.
