Eibach Springs

I purchased the Eibach springs a little under a year ago and intended to pair them with Tokico HP blues but after a lot of consideration I plan on going the way of coilovers.

These springs have NEVER been installed (as you might be able to tell by them collecting dust.)

DECIDED TO KEEP THE SPRINGS - THESE ARE NOT FOR SALE

I wouldn't be against it but I would be very concerned with condensation as well as the two of them matching up perfectly... would this be the same process? Would this be a professional job as far as paint and stripping/putting the headlights back together?

I would need to know more about how it would be done before I can give you a definite answer.

I totally understand. My family friend actually did it for/with me. He's does a lot of custom paint jobs for a lot of modded accord coupe and a few 1st gen G for hobby/2nd job.

The whole process took about 3 hours, there are DIY to show you how to take your head lights out on this site. I gave that to him and we took off the front bumper and headlights in about 20 minutes. It was pretty simple but we took extra care/time. After we removed all the bulbs and wires from the headlight itself, he used a heat gun around the sealant and opened the headlight, painted and put everything back together. He has these strong clip things to reseal everything, and as you can see my headlight has no condensation at all.

To be honest you could do it yourself if you took the time. In fact im going to do my own headlights soon if you want to meet up and see me work on it.

Anyways it seems like there are a "newer" verison of these springs and I'll be getting those later after I pay off my stillen exhaust i just bought.... so good luck with sale =)

I would actually like to take a look when you do end up getting them done. Depending on where you are located in Mass of course. I would be more then happy to pay for a proper paint job on the headlights.

When it comes to the springs I am not sure what you mean by a newer model.

The part number is 6383.140 unless you have an X then it would be 6399.140

Sure, I'm not sure when though because of this giant snow storm. I'm planning on installing my exhaust sometime next week. I'm in Wellesley.

And your right, mine is an X so i would be looking for 6399.140
