on the rear rotors, are they the premium or regular model? Are those pads the free ones they throw is when you buy premium?

These are the standard rotors (non-dimpled).

I am pretty sure they were the premium semi-metallic pads. I need to check the invoice when I get home.

I can ship...but those suckers are heavy!
