After denying him several times on shipping to Canada, this guy still does not get it. He even sends me a pm with a super LOWBALL offer.

Now it seems he wants to try his luck on eBay and purchases this item when again the auction clearly stated multiple times SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES ONLY. He does the buy it now, and then requests an invoice with shipping to Canada. After again i say I am not shipping to Canada, he still doesnt understand why I wont ship to Canada. He just doesnt get it. Regardless of my reasons, the fact is, I AM NOT SHIPPING TO CANADA. So now that did the buy it now, I cannot get paid and he wont respond. Instead of waiting and filing an unpaid case against him after the 4 days, I thought I would be generous and just send over a mutual transaction cancellation. No response. So I am in limbo now.
