Almost forgot about the interior stuff... here is the suede headliner and pillars - all plastic was painted gunmetal:

crappy cell phone pics, sorry

and the padded leather armrests - door armrest have viscoelastic (memory foam) and topped with 1/4" latex - center armrest is 1/2" viscoelastic:

meh, it's exactly the same now as it was last year... probably the only sedan that hasn't changed in the last year

but it is worth it to see all the sedan bros and other sedan newness... so ima try - still up in the air though

We're all still catching up to you Mike You did so much at one time, most sedans will never get that far with theirs.

Hope your schedule clears up

It would not be the same if you didn't make it out.

Wow really nice custom work. Molded everything. what did they use to mold? Are you afraid of it cracking? It doesn't look like they used metal.

engine bay, fenders and door molding omit was all welded (of course body filler and prep over that)... rocker panels, rear valance and taillights are all plastic, molded with fiberglass. It has all held up real well.

Nice thread re-resurrection

*edit - I forgot about the one year resurrection in Oct

^^^ lol, thanks... it's not as nice as 05+ but once they came out the arm rest was one of the few things I liked better... I immediately took the car to several upholstery shops to have it done and most weren't able...

when I had the body work and headliner done I figured I'd ask Chuy to do it - it's not as nice of the 05-06 or 2nd gen sedan, but a whole lot comfier than 03-04
