Motordyne V1 ART pipes with a custom true dual exhaust: 2.5" custom Y-pipe to a Magnaflow X-pipe, to 3" piping after all the way back.

Updated short vid with MD resonated XYZ, MD resonated mid pipe, and MD VQ muffler. ARTs will be added next week while I'm in Cali. for the GTG meet, will post new video then. Sounds like a coupe on steroids for the moment. Wonder how the ARTs will change that?

I was gonna ask this same question. I figured you had to have move it because there's not enough room for the mufflers in the back otherwise.

Are you running stock cats? With Magnaflow resonated X-pipe to the dual Magnaflow mufflers in the back? Nice job

Are you running stock cats now? In my experience, the ART's will be deeper and a little louder if so. Hopefully you have no rasp. I had it with the HR Y-pipe/coupe middy/stock muffler setup. But you have full Motordyne, so you should be good

Yep stock cats and no drone or rasp anywhere in the power band. I can't wait to see how the ARTs change the tone and feel the gains they will produce. Interesting that you had rasp on your previous set up. I had the exact same set up with the 05 muffler and rasp was non-existent.

Tony at MD has done amazing things for this community.

You had the ART pipes with that setup as well?

I'm 49 so an overly loud exhaust is not an option. I had an HKS last year and it droned too much for my taste. This is the perfect set-up for me. Good gains and a nice tone.

Hey who said anything about being old? I'm sure you've seen this thread, it made me feel like I'm not crazy. https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-cou...5-too-old.html

I said it there and I'll say it again. An enthusiast is an enthusiast whether they're 16 or 60. My car is daily driven 18K miles a year and I wouldn't have it any other way.
