Is true that because the 19" OEM wheel is one piece, you cannot do powder coat gunmetal the wheel and polish lips?

I'm thinking about getting my Brembo Caliphers PC Blue with the "Brembo" name silver, can you do that? and whats the turn-around time and price?

What's the turn around time on 4 wheels and do you fix curb rsh while you do the powder coat? Can you do like silver black...like the OEM Infiniti M Sport wheels or the M3 wheels?
