The brake pedal's / clutch pedal is the tricky one to do...
If you use a hair dryer it helps loosen the rubber to stretch over the pedal... small flat head screwdriver helps as well...

Does anyone else's Dead pedal kinda lean in towards the kick panel? Mine seems to be at an angle and when I took it off to fix it I guess it stripped so now it won't catch the screws. How are you suppose to take it off w/o damage

the brake pedal is definitely a b$%@h to put on. a paint can opener works pretty good as well. start at the back/top of the pedal, then work it on going clockwise - seems like the quickest way to go.
