Hey Mike. It might be a question that has already been answered in this thread, however reading 40+ pages isnt in the cards tonight. How "unmodified" is the unmodified one compared to the modified one for the difference in the price. Thx

The modified version has a few cuts made into the cover to make it fit perfectly into the car. It also comes with the brackets, clips and washers needed to keep the cover in place. Instructions are included as well.

No, it does not come with the hardware and brackets. Just the cover.
