The CS-X3 refills only have 4 scents

How much (including shipping) for one CS-X3 UNIT (does this also come with a Squash cartridge) and 2 large Shiny Jewels? Also, where do people usually put the CS-X3 unit in their G35 Coupes? I'd rather not put it on the dash. Will it still work if it's placed under the seat? Will it move around when driving?
